We know that nearly every Spanish word that ends in –mente is an adverb of manner. Its English equivalent ends in -ly:
- rápidamente – rapidly
- posiblemente – possibly
- tristemente – sadly
In this lesson we will take a look at other ways to express manner: adverbial phrases. These are the combination of words that express the way something is done.
"El hombe conduce de prisa por la ciudad".
